We require a 50% deposit to guarantee your booking and would be grateful if you could provide us with a bank deposit slip or credit card details to authorize deduction. (These may be e-mailed to us, or, if you prefer, faxed)

Cancellation Policy

Where cancellation occurs:

• On arrival or during the stay – the full payment due for the entire booking may be    retained.

• 0 – 14 days before arrival, no show – the full deposit paid may be retained.

• 15 – 28 days before arrival – 15% (fifteen percent) of deposit may be retained.

• 28 days or more before arrival – 10% (ten percent) of deposit may be retained.

Late arrival policy:

We kindly request you advise us of a late arrival after 17h00 so that we can make the necessary arrangements with reception.

Child policy:

Children are welcome.

Conditions:

Strictly no smoking in units. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
